Michael has testified as an expert witness, consulted regarding sales and acquisitions, provided significant tax savings strategies, successfully defended collection activity and audits from IRS and various states involving significant potential liability, authored articles and lectured on tax planning strategies for investors, entrepreneurs and business owners.

Kesner, Godes & Morrissey, LLC currently services various industries with a focus on professional services and real estate. Michael is the managing partner overseeing all aspects of the firm.
